Our new album is in the final stages of mixing! We are aiming to be finished this week and then it will go to be mastered next Monday – this is a very important process, especially for cutting vinyl records.
The mastering engineer will be one of the best in the world, the amazing Maor Appelbaum, who has also mastered records for bands like Faith No More, Meatloaf, Yes, and Sepultura – yes, it’s going to sound EPIC. He also happens to be a long-time fan of The Cassandra Complex, so he’s the perfect engineer for us. We might try to shoot some pics or video from the mastering studio, so look out for that!
Since we are actually ahead of schedule on this one, we are going to try to get the streaming release happening in early September, with CD and vinyl to follow by October, so you wonderful people can get signed copies at the shows in October / November!
